The Opportunity/Role:
My client a leading Premier League football club are looking for several highly motivated Account Managers to join the Mobile Group. In this role you drive usage and revenue from Mobile services whilst positioning the Club as the leading provider of Official Football related mobile services worldwide. You will be accountable for managing mobile distribution channels, including network/carrier accounts, that distribute mobile content.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
*Execute the mobile strategy for the club across various international markets
*Be an expert on the mobile landscape in given markets and ensure that we launch great products, on the right distribution channels, with the best business models.
*Scope and define the mobile requirements from various distribution channels and ensure that internal/external content partners deliver the best products on time and to budget, whilst maximizing ROI.
*Establish the product roadmap and work with the applicable channels to ensure the roadmap is communicated/presented quarterly.
*Manage and deliver the sales & marketing objectives for key distribution channels (Carrier, D2C, Content Aggregators, Handset Manufacturers and other third party channels) ensuring that we drive usage and revenue from the clubs Mobile services.
*Manage and record deck placement on all applicable channels to ensure the club is receiving maximum visibility for our products on the distribution channels. Develop a plan to overcome deck placement issues, being proactive in the approach. Report monthly on key wins and deck placement percentages.
*Create and analyse relevant metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of our Mobile product and services. Be responsible for monitoring the performance of the services on a daily basis, creating daily, weekly and monthly reports and analysis, taking corrective action where needed to improve performance.
*Manage mobile product merchandising to ensure the best user experience and conversion to purchase. Be the 'expert' on how to increase conversion rates through portal merchandising techniques.
*Work closely with the Content team to ensure that we have the correct handset support for the local market and that handset lists are received from key channels on a monthly basis.
*Be familiar with the featurephone and smartphone market in each country and understand what that means for our business and how we will monetize the different platforms.

Knowledge and Experience:
*Strong Mobile VAS Account Management/Business Development experience of 3 to 5 years, preferably with international experience of launching mobile products and services across emerging and mature markets and working closely with mobile carriers and D2C channels.
*Must be able to show a strong understanding of the mobile distribution ecosystem (on and off deck), including billing methods and best practices.
*Experience in launching and running mobile services with Mobile Network Operators with a good technical understanding.
*Willing to travel internationally up to a minimum 50% of the time.
