An exciting opportunity has arisen in Outfit's Head Office team. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Retail Operations Coordinator.
-To offer day to day support for stores and the Outfit Retail Team on all operational matters.
-Work with the Retail Operations Manager to facilitate communication between stores, Head Office and Brands.
-Investigate and resolve operational issues.To drive the operational side of the business forward through project work.·
-Overseeing store communication by:
Preparing, editing and design of Newsletter
Retail Communication via management of ‘The Word’ including approvals, uploading and general house keeping (Ensuring that all communications are timely and clear)
Collation of surveys and statistical information via ‘E-Forms’ on The Word, ensuring accuracy and availability to relevant team members.
-Plan and follow up project work as required liaising, where necessary, with key H/O Departments e.g. Purchasing, Creative & Visual Merchandising
-Improving efficiencies and store operations
-Exploiting new operational / customer service opportunities
-Working with Brands, Logistics & Transport to ensure correct frequencies are planned and are balanced for the store.
-Ensure procedures are consistent across all stores
-Coordination of all elements of stationery / equipment for new store openings including;
Liaising with each Brands logistics to plan delivery of opening stock packages, regular delivery schedules.
Liaising with Loss Prevention Tagging requirements etc.
Planning and ordering of stationery BOH orders
Planning and ordering of hanger orders (Arcadia, Warehouse & Oasis). (Liaising with individual Brands to confirm quantities)
-25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
-Up to 10% bonus
