My client is a leading retailer based in the North seeking strong Marketing professionals at the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director level with eCRM experience. As a leader in their industry, this company is seeking exceptional candidates with strong digital and e-commerce experience to take them to the next level
You would be responsible for:
- Implementing and management of all aspects of the e-CRM team
- Developing a multi-channel strategy including strategic planning and direction
- Develop new channels in which to engage with existing customers such as Social and Mobile
- Manage relationships & budgets in planning and executing campaigns
- Monitoring of all activity, reporting on key metrics
You will have:
- Extensive experience within a senior Marketing position (ideally within retail)
- eCRM / Retention / Email Marketing experience
- Deep understanding of digital and direct response marketing channels including email, sms and direct marketing
- Commerciality
- Management experience
