2 SUPPORT ENGINEERS
A leading broadcast systems integration company is looking for two Support Engineers. This exciting opportunity is based in their London office and is for an initial 6 month contract.
Day to day duties and responsibilities:
*Answer phones to deal with issues and problems
*Managing media
*Got to air
*Use 'Fast Mediator'
*Use to working files, transcoding, re wrapping
*They have 4-6 main systems
Deliverables:
*Analysis
*TX chain from a drawing
*ID fault/ problem
*Fix
*Call suppliers
Systems used:
*Fast Mediator
*Morpheus Automation
*Screen subtitling
*Omneon Video service
*PubliTronic automation
All the above are desirables, not essentials.
