This exciting opportunity for Area Sales manager will be working with Holland & Barrett, based within Essex you will manage over 26 stores.
Responsibilities:
•As an Area Sales Manager for Holland & Barrett you must become an ambassador for the brand and the values it represents
•Leading an enthusiastic team within this commercial and fast paced culture
•Maximise sales by leading the management team operationally
•Work very closely with your store managers to ensure you have the right capability in each of your stores, and that they have a clear focus on what the company key drivers are
•Engage, develop and motivate store teams to ensure store targets are exceeded
The Individual:
•A strong track record as an Area Sales Manager in a previous retail business is essential as is an interest in health and fitness
•Excellent communication and influencing skills
•Commercially aware
•Ambition to continually drive the business forward
•Perceptive leader with a real passion for building a strong team
•Full, clean UK Driving Licence
