With annual turnover of £200M+, private equity investment and a rapidly growing multi-channel presence including an estate of 40 stores, Go Outdoors is rare thing - a truly game changing retailer and they’re looking for that quality from their new Retail Director.

You’ll be joining an entrepreneurial team in a board-level role that will be vital to meeting the company’s plans and objectives. You will be responsible for setting the company’s future retail strategy by developing the team from within and bringing process discipline to all aspects of the retail business.

You will be a people orientated leader and change manager with “Big Box” experience and a track history of having shaped retail policy and led store estate growth. You will have proven, senior line management experience combined with a willingness to get involved at all levels.

You will have a background in a major Blue Chip Retailer, but with the adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a truly entrepreneurial environment.

Reporting to an Industry Leading CEO and with a highly respected Chairman, this is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of the Board that will drive change and shape strategy.
