They are currently looking for a Senior Childrenswear Buyer with girlswear experience to join their buying team in Wales.
They need a strong buyer to drive the team and enhance the Childrenswear Range. The candidate needs to have a proven track record of success buying within childrenswear at a senior level. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the company where your talent and hard work will be rewarded.
Personality fit is very important to this company. They need someone who not only meets the essential skill requirements but who can also fit in with the culture of the organisation and display experience working for a high street retailer with a young and trendy customer base. You need to have a commercial eye as well as being confident working within a fast pace dealing with high volume.
You need to have experience working at senior buyer level within childrenswear for a high street retailer where your proficiency with pace and volume has been exemplified. Being a leader to the buying team is a pivotal role in the success of that department and they will need someone who is 'switched on', commercial, business minded and highly efficient in what they do. Previous experience of managing a junior team to success is also essential.
