Responsible for increasing customer spend and customer ease of shop through effective pagination, layout and page profitability.
Ø Pagination of topics from conception to completion – including regular internal consultation (eg with Buying) over pagination issues
Ø Briefing changes to our Studio Team, working closely with Team Managers to ensure that change is implemented correctly
Ø Organising and maintaining the proofing processes for the catalogue, including collating and checking amends, creating and regularly updating proofing process documentation and ensuring that all internal and external parties are kept up to date
Ø Contribute to the Buying product Selection process through communicating actions to the catalogue production team and managing associated change.
Ø Work effectively with other colleagues on range review – By attending range review meetings and presenting layout suggestions, ensuring that layout change and copy rules work effectively, and ensure that deadlines are met and any issues resolved.
Ø Offer guidance to team members on relevant issues eg price point order, line listing modules and creative execution.
Ø Take part in the review and clean up process (at the end of each catalogue cycle)
Ø Work effectively with Buyers, Team Managers and other departments to ensure smooth communication and understanding between teams throughout all stages of the production process.
Ø Consistently work with catalogue production team, and other internal stakeholders, to ensure the highest possible standards of output.
