TECHNICAL MANAGER - Ladies - Fast Fashion Retailer

Our client, a thriving international fast fashion ladies retailer is currently looking for a technical manager/experienced senior garment technologist to be based in their sourcing office in Shanghai.
As the technical manager you will work closely with the Buyers and Designers to achieve the correct fit, and ensure fabric testing is carried out and approved. You will attend fit sessions, create graded technical specs, and will liaise with international factories and suppliers. You will also manage up to 5 people.
This role would suit someone who is currently working for one of the high street brands in the Shanghai area with good hands on experience - the role is multi disciplined with an emphasis on dresses and with a concentration on fit and finish.
The client is looking for an expat for this role - It is crucial that you have worked for a design led ladies high street retailer or brand. You will understand and appreciate trends and will have an eye for detail and a love of ladieswear.
Salary would be commensurate with experience and is tax free; accommodation and health care are included.
