Our portfolio of “A La Carte” Ancillaries is unique in the full service airline arena. We’ve introduced nearly a dozen non-flight products and services to our customers – from extra legroom seats to the opportunity to be on our Guest List with a number of premium perks and over the next 5 years we will be investing in new products and our capabilities to continue grow this business.
Your primary role will be developing the core merchandising strategy for these new products and adapting them in line with market changes. You’ll work directly with the Ancillaries Senior Manager to manage product pricing, promotional campaigns and sales channels in order to meet revenue objectives. You’ll also play an important role in motivating and incentivising internal teams to up-sell and meet their targets.
With a degree in commerce, business or economics, you’ll also have a solid background in strategic planning for short-term, rapidly changing projects, and proven experience with the marketing mix. Working with a motivated, down-to-earth team, you’ll feel at home utilising your relationship building skills.
