For that, we need to the kind of smooth-running, user friendly sales channels that will show off our super fast Fibre Broadband and 4G network in all their glory. Something that only a project implementation expert can deliver.
Heading up the internal project team and our third party suppliers, you'll lead the timely delivery of a variety of sales channel projects. It's about improving supply chain performance and getting more customers on board. So acting as the key point of contact on all things project and programme, you'll lead by example and coach team members to drive the standard of delivery. You'll work closely with the Business Owners, Project Managers and Channel representatives to develop measures of success. And you'll strike the perfect balance between the commercial project delivery and the quality of the channel execution.
We're looking for an experienced Project manager with a Prince2 (or similar) qualification firmly under their belt. Someone from a Retail or frontline environment who has successfully managed a matrix team in project implementations. You'll know a thing or two about the organisation's policy framework, management structure and reporting procedures - making accurate recommendations based on your knowledge. And you'll have no problem communicating and building relationships at all levels. Add strong Microsoft Office skills, and you'll be perfect for us.
