My client, a premium menswear retailer, currently has a fantastic opportunity for a driven Area Manager to become part of their team to take the company operations in the Midlands area to the next level and drive sales.
As an Area Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operations of 20 stand alone stores, based around the Midlands.
- Achieving retail targets through driving sales and ensuring all stores are delivering excellent customer service
- Using your knowledge of sales, customer service and visual merchandising, develop action plans to maximise profitability.
- Daily performance and people management of all stores.
- Recruiting, training and developing talented Store Managers and driving their teams.
Our Ideal candidate will:
- Currently be working as an Area Manager or Senior Store Manager with multi site management experience for a premium, fashion retailer.
- Be a natural leader, proactive and have incredible commercial awareness with a proven track record.
- Use strong leadership skills to engage and inspire others and improve performance across their areas.
- Have experience investing in coaching and mentoring teams, and taking a practical, hands-on approach to developing others.
